Briefly, I have been working at Yemen Company For Sugar Refinery as a Process
Engineer (DCS) & Maintenance of Equipment’s since 13/11/2011 up to now.
Responsible for Melter ,Concentration(1st &2nd evaporators ), Utility (Comp. Air, Steam ,
Hot &Cold water), for according to the highest sugar refining technology all provided
through Desmet Designers and Contractors, Controlling all Processes using D.C.S of high
technology (PCS7) Automation system and (PLC) designed by Siemens, Sequence
Operation Mode for every Production stage with high control through Interlock loops
and Protection Factors for all Equipment, Working closely with process chemists and
chemical technicians to ensure maximum output levels and the efficient running of the
production facility, Skilled at dealing with piping drawings , a good analysis skills of
equipment’s’ drawings , good knowledge about Hydrostatic Test & commissioning for
operation Equipment’s, Participating in the operation and examine the company’s
operating equipment and Participation in the company’s operating ( Start Up – Operating
– Shut down ). Also Responsible for maintenance in shut down and check all
equipment’s like ( pumps , compressors , fans , screws , Hitters , conveyers , cooling
tower , candle filters , dryer , cooler , and centrifugal machine)
I am very good in English, skilled at dealing with computer, and skilled at
dealing with internet.
